The float valve can be divided into two categories
1. Strong lock valve(traditional valve):
The strong lock valve is a valve invented many year ago, it is simple and easy to use, can be used on the very low pressure condition. it is good on the application that not highly demand the flow rate.
Include series: WK, H, EX, T, EM, EL
2. Self lock valve(Autolock valve)
The self lock valve is a new type float valve, there is a control hole on the float valve besides the outlet hole, so there is two hole of the self lock valve to control the water flow. The function of control hole is to control the flow of water , then make the pressure to the seals rubber of the outlet hole , finally the valve been closed by the water pressure. The advantage of this valve is that the control hole only control the flow of water, not close the water, so the control hole is very small. but the outlet seals hole is very big, so the self lock valve have a big flow rate than the strong lock valve.
Also the self valve can be divided into two categories
a. Inner seals
The water is controlled on the inlet side of the control hole. this valve close the water by instantly, this valve with a biggest flow rate.
Include series: CH, CL, CY, CYL
b. Outer seals
The water is controlled on the outlet side of the control hole, the control hole will be closed a little delay after the valve closed.
Include series: BX, AW, AC
Please note: The minimum working water pressure is 0.1Mpa for self lock valve
